Greg Ward's Alter Egos

In addition to that of a mild-mannered programmer, I secretly lead a number of other lives. In a clever twist of the usual "multiple identities" scam, I use the same name for all but a variety of bodies and locales. So far I have everyone fooled.

These are in no particular order:

• Greg Ward Larson, aka Gregory J. Ward, primary author of Radiance, a software package for the analysis and visualization of lighting in design. The conspiracy came dangerously close to being unmasked a few years ago, when both my MPEG Library and an interface to Radiance files were optional add-ons for ImageMagick.
• Greg Ward, Bodybuilder -- this must be the anti-Greg, since I (the true Greg) am rather on the skinny side.
• Gregory Ward, author of mysteries and thrillers such as Water Damage, Carpet King, and Kondor
• Greg Ward, race-car driver and crew chief
• Greg Ward, horseman, 1996 inductee to the National Reined Cow Horse Association Hall of Fame
• Greg Ward, travel writer, author of the Rough Guides to the USA, the southwestern USA, Brittany & Normandy, and the Big Island of Hawaii
• Greg Ward of Waverly, Nova Scotia, 1998-99 secretary of the Nova Scotia Drama League
• Greg Ward, professional golfer
• Professor Gregory Ward of the Department of Linguistics at Northwestern University
• Greg Ward (wardpgusa@email.msn.com), engineer and patent attorney in Georgia
• Greg Ward (gregwardatd@hotmail.com), son of the above Greg Ward!
